This room can be rented in combination with the Coffee Room and the Backyard if additional space is desired. Contact us today to book your event!
The Coffee Room
The Coffee Room is located in the rear of the Hotel Gallery. This quaint room has a rustic feel and includes a serving bar, piano, sink, refrigerators and round top tables. Locals and customers can be found in the Coffee Room daily taking a break from shopping or just hanging out and conversing while enjoying fresh coffee and tea. Live music performances and open mic concerts are a common occurrence. The coffee room makes a great party room and can spill out into the back yard and/or be combined with the Tippecanoe Room for larger gatherings.
The Backyard has a Tuscan feel and has been used for a multitude of events ranging from family cookouts to wedding ceremonies and receptions. The backyard is beautiful all year long, especially in the spring and summer months with lush greenery and bursts of colorful flowers in bloom. In 2012 the Backyard was renovated and now includes a wishing well, garden, koi pond, elevated stage and a new operational brick oven that can be used by renters or caterers for brick oven pizzas, breads, etc. This space can be rented in combination with the Coffee Room and the Tippecanoe Room for larger groups or if indoor space is needed. Tables, chairs and tents can be set up in advance based on your needs.
Tipp Roller Mill Theater
The Tipp Roller Mill is a historic landmark of downtown Tipp City. Tipp City's birthplace landmark is located at Canal Lock 15 of the Miami-Erie Canal. Built in 1838, the roller mill exemplifies early Tippecanoe City's major grist mill industry with its "Snowball Flour". Through the vision of Steve and Sally Watson, the mill has been renovated and converted into an operational theater. This space is used regularly for concerts, parties and plays. A replica canal boat sits at the rear of the Roller Mill on the west side of the canal lock. A public canal park with biking paths, walking trails and a prairie runs along the lock on the east side. Check out our events calendar for scheduled performances at the Roller Mill Theater. The space can also be rented out for banquets, parties, concerts, etc. Contact us if you are interested in renting the space or performing.
